About BFA
The Business Forum on Aging (BFA) is the only organization with a focus on the implications and opportunities of the 50-plus market and a middle-aging workforce.

Conferences
At the Aging in America Conference each spring, BFA offers a special program on cutting-edge issues affecting the 50-plus market and the changing workforce, as well as a peer group meeting, a reception, and informal opportunities for networking and socializing. In addition, BFA organizes intensives on business and aging issues during ASA's East and West Coast Conferences on Aging and as part of ASA's Web seminars .
Networking
In addition to contact with other BFA members, BFA fosters links among practitioners, educators, researchers, policymakers, service providers, administrators, business people, and other interested individuals and groups. In addition, BFA works with other organizations and publications to encourage greater understanding about the needs and opportunities of older adults and their families.
Awards Programs BFA sponsors an annual awards competition -- the Business and Aging Awards -- that recognizes the outstanding contributions that businesses make to improve the lives of older adults and their families.
The American Society on Aging
BFA is a constituent group of the American Society on Aging (ASA) , the largest multidisciplinary professional membership association in the field of aging in the United States. ASA's more than 5,000 members comprise a national multidisciplinary community of those who work with older adults.
BFA membership is available at no extra charge exclusively to ASA members. Members of BFA have access to a wealth of resources in the field of aging through ASA's publications and programs.
